RE:Claim Breakdown
Ready To RE:Claim?
RE:Claim is a 10 or 12 week structured therapy program focused on rebuilding self-worth, strengthening personal agency, and developing grounded, embodied confidence.

Rather than motivational coaching or surface-level mindset work, RE:Claim follows a progressive identity-based framework, beginning with understanding how confidence was shaped, moving through cognitive and emotional restructuring, and culminating in lived behavioral change and long-term maintenance. Each phase builds intentionally, so confidence develops through internal alignment, emotional regulation, and real-world practice.

This program integrates evidence-based approaches into a skills-forward, identity-centered model that emphasizes internal validation, self-trust, and sustainable agency rather than outcome guarantees.

RE:Claim is not about becoming louder, tougher, or more dominant; it’s about becoming more self-directed, congruent, and internally steady in how you move through the world.
