RE:DISCOVER

What RE:Discover Addresses

  • Feeling disconnected from who they are after a major life change

  • Identity confusion following loss, breakup, career shifts, relocation, or role changes

  • A sense of emptiness, disorientation, or “starting over”

  • Grief related to what was lost; roles, routines, relationships, or versions of self

  • Living according to expectations that no longer fit

  • Difficulty trusting intuition or personal desires

  • Survival-mode patterns (people-pleasing, urgency, hypervigilance, perfectionism)

  • Fear of becoming someone new or letting go of former identities

  • Difficulty making decisions or claiming personal wants

  • Feeling stuck despite reflection, insight, or personal growth efforts

It's about reconnecting with your values, rebuilding emotional self-trust, and forming an identity that feels authentic, grounded, and internally aligned, rather than reactive to loss or external expectations.

Who This Program Is For

  • Feel unsure who you are after a significant transition

  • Sense that the old version of you no longer fits, but the new one isn’t clear yet

  • Feel pressure to “move on” before you feel internally aligned

  • Have spent years living according to roles, expectations, or survival strategies

  • Struggle to identify what you want versus what you were taught to want

  • Want to feel more embodied, confident, and self-directed

  • Are seeking clarity, not a quick fix or forced reinvention

  • Want intentional identity growth rather than surface-level motivation

  • This program is especially supportive for people navigating loss, reinvention, or identity shifts who want structure, reflection, and forward movement without rushing the process.

RE:Discover Breakdown

RE:Discover is a 6, 8, 10, or 12-week structured therapy program focused on identity reconstruction, values alignment, and self-trust following loss or major life transitions.

Rather than open-ended exploration, RE:Discover follows a clear developmental progression, beginning with stabilization and orientation, moving through values clarification and narrative reframing, and ending with identity integration and future planning. Each phase builds intentionally, allowing clients to reconnect with who they are becoming without bypassing grief or forcing change.

This program integrates evidence-based approaches into a thoughtful, skills-forward framework that emphasizes sustainable growth and internal alignment rather than identity “reinvention” or outcome guarantees.

RE:Discover is not about becoming someone entirely new; it’s about reclaiming what’s authentic, releasing what no longer fits, and moving forward with clarity, confidence, and personal ownership.
